Day 2

Well to be honest I could have raced all day and night on day 1 but back we are for another round of racing at the famous Streets of Willow springs circuit!

Danny McKeever and his family at Fast Lane race school do a great job of bringing you up to speed on the ins and outs of racing.

After a fierce game of darts the night before I had to hold it down on the track against Jesse McCartney, I wasn’t about to let the side down against that teeny bopper!

After lunch that day I got paired in a good group and in the last season myself, tony Hawk and Adrien Brody raced like only three inexperienced race drivers could, it was the most fun I have had in a car since being a teenager in England. All three of us were racing like the cup was on the line and when the dust cleared all three of us could not keep a straight face in pit lane!

Again I am wanting to race until it goes dark but the men in charge shut it down for the day.

We all went out for dinner that night, and the local restaurant was a treat, the food was good company great, the Toyota lady may have ordered one too many deserts!

Now I know Keanu Reeves is an actor and can be very convincing at times but there is no way I am buying his English cure for a hangover, he was trying to tell me that a full English breakfast washed down with a pint of beer is what English people drink with a hangover?

Whilst you may have gone on an Excellent adventure, I’m sorry matey i’m not buying that one!
