I love it when the Dew tour shows up in Portland, its always a great time. the dew tour had invested in a new ramp for this year so it was great to go ride something new, and judging by the contest everyone had a blast.

540’s caught out both Simon Tabron and Jimmy  Walker in paractice and hopefully they will be 100% for Salt Lake city!

I had a great night, I love riding these big ramps, you can blast and carve a long way, it makes some trick amazing when you can travel that little bit further, chalk up win 17 not that i’m counting I just read it on the Dew Tour site!

But for me Portland is a great hangout city, it has a great music and art scene and of course the food is amazing there, especially Voodoo Doughnuts!

I get a little break now before Salt Lake so I am going to take the Yamaha Champions race school again and have some fun!

Well I have just got back from X Games 15 and I had a great time! I had the best seat in the house for when Anthony Napolitean did his Double front flip, and for when Pastrana’s new trick did not work out so well!

The Vert comp on saturday was amazing! The ramp was straight forward but that’s what we all like for the Jam format they ran. I don’t think I have ever seen that many 900’s in one contest before it was truly amazing, and Tim Wood was very unlucky that he missed out on the finals, not so much show boating next time dennis. Anyhow, I had a great time riding the contest, everything was going great until a 540 whip gone wrong took me out, my first  two runs though were good enough for the win, but I felt like I had only just started to get things going on the ramp, oh well next time!

Congrats to everyone on that ramp that afternoon, Simon scored a great 2nd place finish and i think we all missed Stevie McCanns presence on the ramp, I am sure he will be back soon!

Chalked up my 8th gold and my 10th medal overall!

Still no word from the Queen though.

Thanks for everyones support

Jamie
